Looks like a great facility but is NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC for bushwalking or whatever. Seems to be scouts and bookings only. For access to the river try the market road instead.

Great outdoor experience... ample space for several groups to come and camp... toilet and shower facilities... good size kitchen and mess.. I think they got couple of those..Challenge valley is fun and adventure for active kids... they love it...

Clifford Park Activity Centre
Clifford park scout camp has lots of different activities for all ages. Great clean accommodation and easy to get around. Surprisingly ground was firm and relatively even on paths given the amount of rain we have had. Highly recommend. Adventurous activities include crate stacking, Abseiling, Billy carting, Archery, orienteering, pioneering, canoeing.
