I was on the hunt today for a new screen protector for my phone, so I rang around on my lunch break for quotes, and to ensure the shops had the specific one I needed.To be honest, I forgot Fone King was there, so it was the fourth shop I contacted.Tristan answered the phone with excellent customer service, gave me all the information I needed, the best price of the day, and a discount as well for working in the same shopping centre.When I finished work I went over, he acknowledged me straight away, and replaced my screen protector promptly. He was so busy, but he gave each and every customer excellent customer service, didn't stop smiling, and was perfectly polite, even though he was under the pump. Coming from the retail and hospitality industries myself, I understand the importance of great service, and Tristan nailed it.5 stars to Fone King for thier products and prices.5 stars for Tristan for his customer service skills.

Bought a second hand phone at another retailer that was advertised a different model to the one I wanted, Damon pointed this out to me.And then explained the difference between the models, then done a price check to make sure I was getting a good deal.Really happy with the advice, service & product I bought off Damon.Thanks guy'sCheers Jason

I went to Fone King to get a new screen protector, I’ve always gotten tempered glass but Tristan introduced me to silicon protectors and it’s been absolutely amazing. Tristan was so knowledgable and patient in his explanation and did a great job applying the screen protector. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been buying all of my phone items for the past 3 years from Fone King. This place has variety +++++ and the staff give more than 100% of their time and knowledge during your visit to their store. With a 12 month warranty on some of their products they also go above and beyond for their customers. A smile from staff greets you and a small gift given when you leave makes you wanting to give them your custom.As an older female shopper, I have always been acknowledged by staff even if they are very busy. Sometimes at my age you can feel invisible, but, thankfully not at Fone King !!!!!!

Thanks to Kane my wife’s phone is now working again, I took it everywhere to get some help but no luck, as soon as I walked in and described my issues he sorted it out immediately. Amazing Service Kane!

Saxon and Jake absolutely slayed their customer service tonight!! they create such a welcoming and playful environment into the store. if i were able to quit my job and work there I WOULD DO IT TODAY! i have never been into any store and felt safer and happier! they are such happy and friendly workers, definitely an asset to the company.
