Chiara has been such a lovely property manager - as a renter it was a refreshing (and unprecedented) experience, particularly around the time I first moved in. We may not have had much contact as time went on, but Chiara was always friendly, easy to approach and professional. I terminated the property management relationship with Living Here after a year because they were unprofessional, pressuring me into giving more to the tenants than is required, and do things without the consent of the landlord. They might be good if you're a tenant, but terrible if you're a landlord.

I dealt with Nicole. She did an amazing job. Her customer service and knowledge is second to none. Her efficiency is impeccable, very happy with the quality of service. From the first inspection to the day i collected the keys was 1 week. Would highly recommend.
