Timezone Kotara - Arcade Games, Laser Tag, Kids Birthday Party Venue

My son had the most epic 6th birthday party today at timezone kotara. His party host Zara was not only great at ensuring all the kids had a great time and got maximum playtime but she was always ensure the parents were having a good time too. Zara was fantastic from entertaining the children to helping set up and answer any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!! We will definitely be back and requesting Zara for our next party. Value for money!

Had a great time at our son's birthday party at Timezone Kotara. Great friendly staff. Our party host, Dylan, was amazing. He was helping and guiding the kids and made a safe and friendly environment for all. We highly recommend.

We had an amazing 8 year old birthday party at TimeZone Kotara. It ran smoothly, with all the kids having a wonderful time,. Our host Harvey was next level. He communicated well with the adults, and always ensured all the kids were safe and having a great time. The kids loved Harvey, running to him whenever they had a question. The birthday boy loved the day and felt very special as well.

Did kids birthday party here.Good fun for the kids, but I do wonder about interest in maintenance.Did laser tag, my laser gun stopped working twice, needed to go to supervisor twice and she reattached gun to charging station each time and then it worked again. The minion machine where you hit the minions on the head was not working properly, as always the same minion popped up. I made supervisor aware and expected they would either repair the machine or put out of order. She could not repair it and later it was still not put out of order.The grabbing machines for grabbing toys and stuffed animals seem to be rip off. It's unclear how you actually operate the grabbing arm, meaning how you navigate it. There is a timer but still you seem to be able to move grabbing arm once then you cannot maneuver it anymore. One machine did not seem to move grabbing arm at all.Supervisor remained in party room with us the entire time after we had our gaming session, which was a bit awkward. Party room well equipped with sink and tap ans appeared fairly clean.

Best day!Harvey was our host today for our sons 13th birthday party. Oh my goodness, we are blown away with how wonderful he was with the children and how much effort he put into making sure each child got the best out of the day and made sure no one felt left out. Harvey also kept checking in with us parents to see if we needed help with anything.We have have held many many children’s parties over the years, and I have to say this has been the most stress free and smooth running of them all! All the children had a blast and several actually commented to me about how kind and fun Harvey was. Thank you Harvey and it was lovely to meet you.

I had a very fun time in the party room, the hosts were very kind and particularly the host who was looking after my group called Sophie was rlly nice

Stacy absolutely made our day so much brighter. We had issues with games and they were fixed immediately, she let us know about a deal with the app that would give us a massive bonus amount of credit and was so sweet with both of my children.I also saw her with a new coworker and she was patient and understanding and explained the process thoroughly. She's an absolute asset to the company!

Mel the manager truly has the best customer service. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate that they always go above and beyond. Please make sure that Mel and her team and rewarded as it’s so rare to get exceptional customer service these days.

Harvey was our host for my 10 year olds party. He was fantastic with the kids, super attentive, he couldn't do enough for us! My 8 year old declared, she wants her party there and wants Harvey to be her host!
