Finalising the end of our lease was a complete joke. As soon as there was no possibility of earning more money off me, there was absolutely no customer service. Very disappointing

0 stars is what they need, our managing agent at the time of selling our property David Middleton completely disappeared during the auction campaign with no contact made to us, the owner Anthony then took over with no explanation! He then made us feel like our property is unsellable although during our first initial meeting we were told that the property is easily worth in excess of 2.3. Then after when we received a ridiculous offer of almost 1million below their initial valuation we were pressured by Anthony to take the offer and that there is no way we would get better and the house needs a lot of work. Run for the hills from this dodgy real estate, trust me! Ones greatest asset should not be left in the hands of these professional con artists. Either high valuations to get us to sign the agreement or actually have no idea what they are doing.

It was a very mesmerizing experience to be with anthony trees first national for the last three yrs specially I want to mention about the property manager Mr Daniel Sciberras who had been simply brilliant professional extremely extremely cooperaive and helpful in every respect. I wish Mr Daniel great luck in the future .

Myself and a housemate rented a unit in Epping through Anthony Trees RE for approximately two years (2018-2020). Throughout that time, Daniel and Chris have been our main contacts at the business. They were courteous and helpful in their communications, and they responded to any requests we had in a timely manner. This included repairs but also non-essential requests like permission for a pet! The landlord for our property was also helpful in responding via the real estate. We have enjoyed our time at the apartment and are sorry to leave!

Neglectful of tenant’s requests with dismissive behaviour that’s money focused. Repair delays going on for years and easily tries to turn blame on tenants and does not take responsibility. Do not recommend.

We have had a few agents in our time for leasing our investment house, but Daniel has absolutely shone. He were professional and help all the times. We would highly recommend Daniel and the team of Anthony Trees to be your agents.

Personally, one of the best real estate agency I have dealt with before. Their staff goes above and beyond to cater your needs and support you whenever you are desperately in needs of their service. My rental property was flooded before and it was on Sunday. Daniel Sciberras from First National Real Estate agency helped me on his day off to make sure we were OK. I highly recommend their professionalism and efficiency. Two thumbs up !!!
