Thank you - my favourite dresses were made perfect again! I sent one handmade charcoal linen dress that had bleached spots from a lemon (who knew that could happen?!), and a black dress with bleach stains from serum (okay, I didn't know that could happen either!). I got the mail pack, talked to someone on the phone to decide on the plan, and the dresses were returned before the agreed date - restored to their former glory! Thanks guys!! Great service and reassuring to know you are there for these emergencies!!

After reading some reviews i was hesitant to send my designer items to get refreshed but incredibly glad I didn’t listen to them, after my initial consultation I was explained fully about the fibres of items and what dyeing can do in the process, the pros and cons so to speak. The fact that this business has been around since the 90s says a lot as you don’t get repeat business if you do a poor job for 30 years. When I received my items I was beyond ecstatic everything turned out amazing. Thankyou cullachange I will definately be back!

Had excellent results. It looks as if the original colour of the shirt was charcoal (was dyed from white to charcoal) Highly recommended. Collar shirt was a 60/40 cotton/polyester blend and the non collar was 100% cotton

I had a nice white sofa that my puppy had made into a marked and stained horror scene. The french navy dye looks fantastic and has renewed it and the room.

I have so far held back from writing a review of this company in the hopes that they would do the right thing and resolve this problem, but sadly after 4 months they have not done so. I am sharing my experience for the benefit of others. In March this year, I sent two brand new items to be dyed the same color - a coat and a top. Both came back a different color to each other and looked to be a different color to the one that I chose. In particular, the coat looked disgusting and was faded and dull. Both items were ruined by this company and are now completely unwearable. I have called the company countless times and requested a refund, which I think is the least they can do given the awful result of their dying job. Instead of this, they asked me to send the items back to them in April, which I did. I heard nothing from them regarding this in over three months despite repeatedly calling them. Each time I called to speak with the owner I was told she'll call me back. She has not done so. Only when I called today was I told that they would try to find these missing items, but I am yet to see if that happens. If I had not called them, what were they planning to do? Hold onto my items for an indefinite period of time? This is terrible conduct from any business. The quality of their work was substandard and it has taken nearly 4 months (and counting) to resolve the issue. All I want is my clothes back and a refund for the absolutely unacceptable dye job that has left me with two completely destroyed, brand new items of clothing that can now not be worn due to their appearance.

Beautiful designer clothing ruined!! Do not risk sending your clothing to this company. They are unprofessional, their service quality is appalling, and their customer service staff are beyond rude.I could not be more disappointed and will share my experience in a hope to ward off other potential customers. After initially enquiring as to whether they service NZ customers (as there are no businesses that offer this service in NZ anymore) and being told they did, in February I sent a total of 10 items to NSW to be recoloured. After they conducted their assessment (which apparently couldn't happen before I sent these items at quite a large cost - more than $100) only 8 of these items were accepted to be recoloured, I was disappointed with this, but could accept it. Paying the invoice turned out to be the biggest drama imaginable as they could not accept online payments and of course, being in NZ, making an international payment again comes at a cost. Due to being provided incorrect banking details from CullaChange I had to process this payment three times and twice pay recovery fees to recoup the payments from incorrect accounts - a total of NZD $175.00 ($25 per process). At this point I was questioning the worth of the service as I had paid almost $300.00 in just associated fees - not to mention the cost of the recolouring process, which they advertise as an affordable and sustainable way to update your wardrobe. They did contact me to advise that a single item had not taken the colour well, and would I like then o try again? I said that I did, and they did. They then emailed again to advise that the second run made no difference. No communication was received at all about the other items that had be accepted for recolouring.Fast-forward to today when I have received my order (8 months later) and I'm so heartbroken I could cry. Not one item has been returned with an even close match to the colour section. Two (asisde from the two that were not accepetd for recoloring) don't look like they have been dyed at all! The majority of the clothing is unwearable! I am incredibly disappointed with the service I have received throughout the process and extremely unhappy with the end result. A previously beautiful USD$450 Calvin Klein blazer now looks like an op shop $2 find (which is where I’ll send it as it’s unwearable). What's worse is that they just don't care.

**WARNING** DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY CLOTHING OF VALUE! They destroyed my wedding dress and refuse to refund my money or pay the very reasonable cost to fix it. Rosemary claimed these types of accidents happen rarely, and that she can't reimburse everyone who isn't happy with the results" - which is probably true
