I made the ultimate mistake (first time-last time) of filling our diesel Pajero with unleaded petrol. We drove about five Ks then the car just stopped. Luckily, we were not towing our van. Fortunately, we were near ‘Torque Auto’ of Babinda on the Bruce highway in Queensland who towed us to their shop, drained the petrol and replaced it with diesel and got us running again – all within a couple of hours. It was so refreshing to have the young mechanic reassure us that we had not made a fatal mistake; that all would be well. A couple of nervous waiting hours later, they rang and said it was all ready to go. We were greeted with a very reasonable bill and a friendly smile. I wish these guys lived closer to us we would have found us some great mechanics for the future.

Best mechanic to stop before and after the cape trips, 6 stars..amazing service, accomadating, best products(im really fussy) friendly people with old school service, they are genuine and honest, car was made spotless. Cannot recommend enough! We will be back on our travels.

The staff are always super friendly and their customer service is absolutely the best. They always communicate everything to you about the status of your vehicle, and what needs to be done, and when complete, what's been done. If ever something is discovered during a service, the call you up immediately to chat to you about an issue, and how you'd like to proceed. Genuine, transparent and honest, and never pushy. The quality of their works is also tops!! Highly recommend.

Everyone here was so lovely. I felt very welcome, and left feeling confident that all my questions had be answered. Nothing was too big, or too small. They even fitted a new door handle for me without complaint. Which I greatly appreciated.

Sam & Kieran are very knowledge and the most friendly and helpful people you'll meet. They were more than happy to give me free advice on a repair I was undertaking. When I got stuck on part of it, they were able to complete it for me at a more than reasonable price and squeeze it in to their busy schedule.Couldn't ask for better service. I'd go out of my way to use their services again.

Kieran made speedy & efficient adjustments to my van brakes today. His approach to customer service was indeed praiseworthy. I made an appointment late morning and problems were quickly completed straight after lunch. I highly recommend this business - I got the impression they do all things well.
