Beacon Lighting Essendon

As different from another store my experience here was wonderful. Phone answered immediately by Sylvana who went out of her way to assist. Also spoke to Jason who also went out of his way to assist. Later attended the store and although busy we were acknowledged. Initially served by Carol and our transaction was completed by Sylvana. Well done to all three staff members. Thanks.

I went to Beacon Lighting this weekend because there was a great sale. I was greeted so warmly straight away by Jason who helped me look around at different pendants. I really appreciated his honest and thorough feedback and it felt like he really wanted to help me. He then grabbed his colleague Dean when he wasn’t sure about one of my questions and Dean was just a world of knowledge! They both continued to help me and made my overall shopping experience a great and fun one (so much that I had to leave a review)! I cannot thank these boys enough for taking the time to understand my needs, helping me and making me laugh at the same time. Thank you and I love the pendants I ended up with!

Beautiful variety of lighting and great quality as always. It's a shame that not one staff member came to assist me. The shop was not crowded at the time. Customer service needs to be better in this store.

If you visit this store, make sure you look for Margaret! Not only she was very helpful in choosing the right lighting designs based on our house theme but her attention to detail is on point (i.e. what kind of globes that goes with the pendant lighting, should it be warm/cool, power consumption etc.) 5 out of 5 stars!

The team at this Beacon store have been so helpful and patient with me over the months it's taken to select lighting for our build. Fred in particular was super knowledgeable with lighting design and took a LOT of time to help me choose a home full of cohesive, complimentary pieces - and I was never pushed to buy a more expensive option. Flexibility and A1 customer service!

We found the service and professionalism of the staff at the DFO Essendon store extremely disappointing.The manager, Karina, was only able to assist us after we made a complaint to Head Office.We will not be buying from this store again. Buyer beware!
