Undercover Blinds & Shade Systems

Having just moved into a new house we knew we wanted Undercover Blinds to quote again (having used them previously at two other properties).So happy with the exceptional service and quality product they offer and cannot recommend them more highly. From my first contact to completion Undercover Blinds were friendly, helpful and professional. I thought I knew what I wanted and Undercover could have certainly provided what I was asking for, but guided me to a solution that was less expensive and is perfect. I have had installed a motorised Giotto awning over my deck, an awning over my front window and a crank blind at the front of my carport. Very happy. Glen, Chris and Andrew were all fantastic. I have recommended to my brother for his awnings.

My husband and I purchased five alfresco blinds for our outdoor area in late 2017. At the time of purchase, we were informed that the blinds ‘were practically bomb-proof.’ Unfortunately one of the blinds fell down last year and when we saw the tiny bolts that had been used to install them, we were horrified. When we contacted the company, we received terrible customer service, were told that it was our fault for having them down on a windy day and that the bolts used were to standard. Well last week a second blind fell down on a day with zero wind, when our son was playing on our decking. We would definitely NOT recommend this company for safety reasons and spent the weekend properly securing the rest of the blinds as we don't trust their work at all.Response to owners comment below:[ Responding to our review two years after it was posted is a clear indication that your customer service is terrible (and obviously still hasn’t improved). Hopefully your installation service and communication of the blinds’ safety precautions has improved within those two years. For anyone following at home: We [still] DO NOT recommend this company.]

Had a great experience with Undercover Blinds, starting with a visit from Nathan who came out to our property and worked with us to find the solution we wanted. Most other options blocked out too much sun in winter, so the idea of a retractable blind was perfect for us. We also got a separate shade underneath our polycarb roofing for those very hot days. We were able to keep our existing structure too which saved us a lot of money. When the installation day came, the guys were on time and very friendly and finished the job with no fuss and no mess afterwards. Sarah on the phone was very helpful from start to finish, so we really couldn't have asked for anything more. The finished result is fantastic.
