Spotlight Bendigo
Spotlight Bendigo staff are always helpful and Spotlight often have great sales. I love their selection of bedding and home wares products and their picture frames are great quality and good value. However the store can often look untidy and a bit chaotic.

This store looked a total mess.There were unpacked boxes everywhere and it just looked dirty.I wanted metal palette knives for painting and although they were supposed to be in stock they weren't.I normally shop at Spotlight West Burleigh on the Gold Coast. I would give this store five stars.

Customer service is non existent from the younger staff members who were on duty this morning in the sewing/ craft section. I waited for service at the cutting counter only to be ignored by the two young assistants. Were they busy? Possibly, but surely a quick acknowledgement that they would be with me shortly would have been have been better than give the impression they had not seen me.

Spotlight has free parking and a lot of parking spaces in front of the shop. You can buy anything from home decor, fabric, textiles, arts and craft and bedding here. If you become a VIP member, you get great discounts. Lots of bargain hunting when you shop here. You can also order online.

A mess stuff ever were, ladders ect. Left in walkways. Products all over the floor. No prices on many items.Staff very kind and helpful though stressed
