The manager is rude and bags customers behind their back.He is always in a bad mood. Extremely bad customer service. Go to Coles , they are not only nicer , but you get what you ask for. If I could give them less then 1 star I would.

Grabbed a packet of cigarettes for my daughter. Did not really look around. Seemed to have a lot gift ideas around the walls.

The lady that works there is a slob. Gave me the incorrect smokes and wouldnt accept them back as Id opened them, hadnt even touched them. Smokes are too expensive to be given the wrong ones.
