Poor service at the printing desk! A line of people, and over 15 minutes of waiting is already not good enough for business people, but when you come to get the order next day and, after waiting in another queue, find it's not been done at all, this is simply a failure, guys!

One staff member (I think his name was Eitan) at the print section, printed cards for me was so helpful and full of knowledge. There were a few issues with my job. He seemed to know exactly what he was dealing with. Explained to me what's happening. He also acknowledged and helped other customers while doing my job, which I thought was amazing. Thank you!

Not going to be giving them anymore business. Lodged a work related print job on a Monday that we needed done by the following Sunday. Received an email saying it would be ready on Wednesday. No follow up on Wednesday. Called and no one had any idea of the delivery time, leaving us forced to go and lodge the print job again at KwikKopy (who did a great job).Went in on another occasion recently hoping to get some photos printed in store. All the machines were down and there was a huge queue. Called again today to try to find out if the machines are working yet - no one answered the phone for ten minutes so I hung up. Awful service all around. Please stop wasting my time and be better, Officeworks.

Unfortunately this store gives poor service to customers who need specific information about the products in store, specifically scanners. Manners are severely lacking, and I wonder if this is to compensate for the lack of knowledge on the product. This afternoon, this was deflected to me, and the assistant that I asked, announced pretty much to the whole store that someone who has poor knowledge of scanners requires assistance in aisle H. If she only knew that I have 3 document scanners at the present time (HP, Epson and Brother), but I just had to replace one of them, and I needed one that can save directly to a USB device.One shiny star for the great customer service at the counters, though. They are hard working, very helpful, and always courteous

Terrible customer service. The guy who “served” in the printing section kept repeating to his colleague who had just arrived “I was just standing here and I’ve forgotten what I was doing, what was it?” Verbatim. Whilst ignoring me entirety.What was he supposed to say?Can I read your mind?He said what he should have said which was “ just got here, I don’t know”.Staff who speak out loud in their abject laziness get noticed by most people.Anyone serous about getting a simple job done, pay a little more perhaps for better quality results and at least adequate customer service.Your store managers and owners has to know a 2.2rating is less than mediocre at best.LIFT YOUR GAME.

A shame to leave a negative review as usually I like officeworks, but this has been a terrible situation. I have waited over a month and have made 7 calls to receive my refund and still have not received it. I’m told I’ll be called back with a solution and never contacted. I hope the customer service improves as this isn’t appropriate.

doesn’t matter what day of the week, you’re going to wait minimum 45 in the queue to print. You see all the people in the queue get frustrated. The people there are good but all time are fighting with the printer machines. they should buy new ones

The click and collect process was a bit confusing. There weren't any visible signs except one sticker on the floor which I didnt see. I then asked one of the ladies where I go for click and collect. She took my order number then told me that she would take me to where I'd collect my order. As I followed her assuming she would take me to right place she said you following me"

For the last eight weeks I have purchased packing and storage products from your Bondi Junction store which seems to be running short or out of stock in plastic containers of various sizes - this can be frustrating - as I am buying six at a time of various sizesI spend $1000’s of dollars with you a month and per year I couldn’t say ! Unfortunately when I was at the counter today and told there was only three ( that I had with me ) I asked if they would give me the discounted price as I wanted six - and five is discount price - to my disappointed another guy on the check out section interjected - was so so rude said he was the tellers boss - so in his ego - behaving badly - and spot to me so rudely what an arrogant man- but he spoke to me like dirt - and ignored me and walked off - and would not respond to me in any way . He’s name was Matias - I never complain about any one - but this was pure Male ego - so rude lacking in empathy - I will now never support or offer any reference to your BJ store - very concerned you employ such rude people -

Large well stocked store with parking underneath. You can check online to see if they have the item in stock, otherwise you can order on the internet and click and collect in store.Sometimes the store can get busy like at the back to school periods, but staff have always been friendly and helpful to me.
