Terrible service and customer care. Engaged this company to ship items from Canada to Australia. They email threatening to charge late fees if invoices not paid in 7 days. But there is no compensation for all their delays. I was offered compensation verbaly but when i asked what was happening with that they denied it.189 days and counting. Still no items. I've even had emails from them saying my items are going to the UK.Never use this company if you want your items back anytime in the near future. They are money hungry and don't actually care. May be cheaper than other companies but won't deliver goods.Edited to add... you can't even spell my name right in your response. You incompetence has nothing to do with worldwide issues. Take some ownership

I personally had a very wonderful experience with Seven Seas Worldwide. The customer service (through emails and phone calls) was prompt and responsive, and their website was easy enough to navigate.The person who delivered the empty boxes (they provided, as well as bubble wrap etc.) and picked up my full boxes was very friendly. The tracker for my belongings worked well and they arrived at my new location well within the time frame they had given me as an estimate. From curbside in Perth to doorstep in Malaysia took just about 2 months - even with this whole covid thing.I had a lovely experience with Seven Seas Worldwide and will definitely be recommending their service to any friends or family who may need their moving service.

I initially rated Seven Seas with 1 star, but the issues I experienced with them was largely out of the control of the Perth depot. The service from Greg (driver) in Perth was amazing. He is a top bloke. It's sad that the administrative end of Seven Seas, based elsewhere, really lets them down.

Dropped the packing boxes at my door in the far north of Scotland UK . Picked the boxes up at my door then shipped them to the other side of the world , All the time giving updates and advice on the phone and on line . Delivered everything back safely into my hands in Perth ,Western Australia .Top rate and at a good price .Would I recommend !Damn right I would experts at there job.

I shipped 4 boxes from the UK to Australia with seven seas, choosing then because most people seem to be using them. Cost whose they were in. The best thing about this company was the staff on the phones. They were always helpful, friendly and I never waited long to speak to anyone. However the service was pretty terrible. To start with the website is really badly out together. It has faults regularly making the form completion take twice as long as it needs to take.The boxes were delayed several times with no notification given to us. Thn when the boxes had cleared customs, seven seas seemed to loss track of our boxes. Over the Christmas period no one could tell us where the boxes were. I can only assume they say outside the warehouse in a lorry for two weeks. When the boxes were delivered (lovely delivery driver and they arrived right on time), The boxes were in a complete state. One of them was wet, ruining a few paintings and boxes inside. One box had a large slit in it which was definitely caused by a Stanley knife and one box was split at the seems. Add this to the fact that many items in the box where smashed and broken despite being well bubble wrapped and packed I can only assume the boxes were chucked around with no care.The insurance offered by seven seas was useless too as all the items we shipped had been sentimental or used and so had no value.Will never ship with them again and would recommend anyone else to find another agent.** Added in response to sevenseas comment**The boxes where due to be delivered the first week of December at the latest, the Christmas period shouldn't have come into it.I have the emails to show no one knew where our boxes where. And the picture shows the 4 boxes staked up on top of each other. I was there when it was taken and there is no way you could possibly see the damage from that angel.Add to the fact that everything was packed using all the Bubble wrap plus extra padding, which means the only way this damage could have been done is through the boxes being knocked about, which is obvious by the state of the outside of the boxes!

I am really satisfied about seven seas, picked up my both luggages in Brisbane and drop on time in perth. The customer service is amazing always helpful and very kind on the phone, I highly recommend seven seas.

I want to say my first time using an overseas delivery service was great but I can't. Mainly because you smashed my TV screen. The guy that came to collect our belongings was unprofessional and rough with our stuff. 10/10 will not go with Seven Sea Worldwide again

Christmas Ruined?My one wish this year is to have our move cube arrive so that we have a Christmas tree to wake up to on Christmas morning. It has been more than the promised 107 days and our goods are still stuck overseas, likely not arriving until the new year. I am heartbroken. Seven Seas will not provide any compensation.

Always use these guys to take care of my shipping. I've moved house between Australia and England 5 times now and found them to be attentive and reasonably priced.
