Young girl was rude, couldn't be bothered was more interested in serving someone else with jewellery on. Roll of the eyes when I would ask to look at a different chain..i walked out

Every staff member is fantastic! They are very kind and friendly and they can’t help you enough.

The store manager Elaine was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. If you need to shop at prouder find another store because I have never had the poor customer service anywhere else.I came in to get my ring resized and the woman who o can’t remember her name was lovely and said they couldn’t do it because of the size difference and I would have to bring the receipt back in to get a refund. When I returned with my receipt probably a month later because FIFO is challenging sometimes the store manager told me I was lying and her staff would never have told me that and the only offer store credit or exchange and that I might be able to order my ring in a bigger size for an additional $150. I don’t mind so much the issue with the sizing but the way I was spoken to nobody should be treated like that, I recommend taking your money and going down to the lovely ladies round the corner at Angus and Coote.

I rang on Friday 31st December to Prouds, Midland Gate, to try and order, and pay for, a Baby G watch. This watch was $149.00. I was told no, I couldn't do that. So, I asked if I could pay for it on the web page, and my husband come in and pick it up that day. Again, I was told no. So then - I asked if they would put one aside for me, and I would drive down from Moora (2 hours North of Perth) on Tuesday to pick up and pay for the watch. (My daughter's birthday is on Thursday). They said they would organise that, but didn't say anything else.Once I got there yesterday, I went in and asked for the watch. Without batting an eyelid, the sales lady said that would be $199. I said I'd spoken to them, and they were meant to have put one away for me at $149, and no one had mentioned the special was ending..She said no, they hadn't put one away. The special finished at the end of last week.I asked to speak to a manager to explain the circumstances, and the sales lady said No. Just that. No. I asked why on earth not, and she replied That's because I already know what they're going to say".At this point

The lady that I dealt with today must have been having a bad day. She was not very friendly and I did not enjoy the experience of picking my ring up. Doubt if I will use Prouds in Midland again.

Great service when you are buying something, terrible service if you want to return anything. Firstly when you are spending over a $1000 it’s good service to inform your client that the business does not do refunds. The item I bought just wasn’t right for what I needed and to say the “assistant” was rude and obnoxious would be an understatement. Secondly they don’t do 18ct gold and thirdly they do not provide the weight of their gold jewellery…very dodgy. With the amount of mainstream competition for generic chain jewellery stores, avoid this one like the plague. To the young “lady” who served me, find your manners and another occupation.
