Since the business has changed hands a few months ago I have noticed a give attitude change and a no tolerance stance on people who are a little short on money. I paid half of my storage unit fee, but apparently payments don't go through unless it's a full payment"... so the payment I made won't go through until the other half is paid. I find this very bizarre as I have often paid rent on homes that was less
