Southern Kitchens
Was very disappointed with the initial point of contact for customer service.I contacted Southern Kitchens twice via their website, once via email and twice by phone.On my second phone call I asked the receptionist if she had received my emails to which she had no idea. With this response I kindly asked if she could find one of my emails and send a reply.I gave her my name to ensure she knew who to converse with but still no reply.
