Ordered a 2023 refill for a diary in November 2022 and to date (29/03/23) it still has not been received. I managed to speak to someone about a month ago who told me they forgot about the order but they would send it out and I should have it within the week; this obviously didn't happen. I have tried to call numerous times but the number rings out and says you cannot leave messages. I have gone to the contact me section on the website and have sent 2 messages but have still not received a response. While in Melbourne for a recent trip, I even went to their address on Armstrong Street but it was closed. Highly recommend you do not purchase from Office Metro.
