I had Dave out three weeks ago to do some works on my filter and plumbing. He said he would call me back the next day or so. I waited a week and I rang and left a message . I ended up calling back three times and still noOne bothered to call me back.What a joke. I tried To stay loyal and local and they do this !!! See ya.I ended up At Somerset pools and they fixed the issue within 2 days. That’s my newPool supplier.

Waited 6 weeks for this company. Had used them before so felt a loyalty to them. 7 calls to them. Not one call back. Gave them all my information each time I called and I was pleasant and patient - just wanted the pool fixed from a lightning strike - just wanted a call back with information really! Even if they didn't want to do it, just let me know! They would have had the job of replacing a quite expensive unit; very straightforward and payment immediately as always. Well, still haven't heard from them. I used a new local pool provider in Picton. The job was done happily and professionally within the week.

As to the last review,We were asked to do a insurance quote on a unit that we were told was damaged in storms.We did not inspect the unit as this would require a call to site or the unit to be brought in to us, we can not do reports on damage we have not seen if customer is not willing to have us look inspect.This was requested but did not happen so no quote/ report was provided .

Hi AllJust had the most disgraceful encounter with the owner of Bushland pools today, we had them to do the maintenance on our pool and did not do what I requested.We had discussions with them on what we needed doing and they said they would take note and do it next time, this happened on 2 further occasions via phone calls and SMS which was shown to him todayAfter the meeting We had he then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t provide the services that we wanted.Complete waste of time and money, be careful forking out your hard earn to this mob.

Very helpful..free pool water testing..received full explanation of water condition plus info on how water condition changes..didn't have to ask any questions..all info was explained without asking...excellent service and attention to detail...highly recommended....

Read the reviews carefully it’s the same old story with these guys. Owner Dave is useless!! I wouldn’t waste your time going there. He stuffed us around with our pool cover and used every excuse known to man for his poor customer service nevertheless we gave him the benefit of the doubt and took our pool vacuum to him to be repaired and it sat in his shop for weeks despite him telling us he would post it to the manufacturer for repairs. When we went in to ask what was happening with it as we hadn't heard from him for weeks he again started with the excuses blaming everyone else. He thinks he knows everything but doesn’t even know the basics of customer service. There is a reason the reviews are so bad so save yourself the time and just go elsewhere... He is full of rubbish excuses.

Taken pool samples down several times for testing, always spot on with advice & the right chemicals to use, and even the most cost-effective combinations.

Very helpful with accurate readings. Experienced and knows what his talking about.

We have had this company for a couple of months and they cleaned the pool however constant request for spa and balance tank cleaned fell on deaf ears, then they didn't fill the acid or chlorine for our auto matic pool system. We called to advise them of the error and not to charge us as things had to be discussed. Many calls and messages and still no return of calls, oh and they charged us even though they were asked not to. Stay away from this owner as he could not care even when the sms's were shown to him he said don't care find someone else. Thanks! Will do.
