Very bad in managing customers. Patients are standing randomly across the Script-in section not knowing who was waiting first to place their script in. Proper “wait here”sign doesn’t hurt to be displayed. It’s very annoying

Giving one star just because there needs to a star..this place deserve 0 star...staff is rude, unprofessional and highly unethical. Haven't seen any pharmacy in Sydney with this bad customer service. Purchased a nasal spray for my mum at 8.30pm. she used it in the morning and the bottle was leaky. Took it to the pharmacy and the so called 'manager' there blamed it on the elderly parents that they broke it...as if they are children and refused to exchange it. And she was so rude and spoke without any human manners let alone professionalism. Stay away from this place ...better drive another 5-10mins and find another pharmacy

They are friendly and experienced. Gentlemen suggested me how to use nasal spray properly.

I had a fantastic experience at this pharmacy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. The store was well-stocked and clean, making it easy to find what I needed. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your pharmaceutical needs.

STRICTLY AVOID THIS PHARMACYI had bought 5 boxes of insulin injections (optisulin) for my father after consulting with a pharmacist in this pharmacy (looked like a student) that they r safe to take them to overseas after 2 months. But when I checked, that was not to be true. These medicines become ineffective during air travel. So when I went to return 3 out 5 boxes the staff rudely shunned me away. Even though, it was not my fault, I would lose 120$ for the inaccurate information provided by the pharmacist on that day and even though I was told it can be kept outside for 40 days, they did NOT take them back.Absolutely hopeless.

Literally left in tears. Never felt so judged before in a medical setting.I was made to feel so uncomfortable and it really caught me off guard because I didn’t expect to be belittled and judged.The young girl who served me smirked as she explained she couldn’t fill my script for weight loss (which obviously I expect it couldn’t be filled due to demand) but it was the smirking and body language I observed that really offended me and was totally unprofessional.Every time I go to this pharmacist I have a TERRIBLE experience. I am literally NEVER coming back here again. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Not one to ever post reviews but wow… I walked in to go and get a script today and quickly turned away as soon as I seen how messy and dirty the work station is behind the desks! There are papers, baskets, and clutter everywhere. It is quite disgusting when you think about it. Pharmacy’s are supposed to be clean and organised spaces and this place looks like a ‘tip’. Will not be going back again. Management should get on top of this!

Disgusting customer service. Have been consistently lied to by the pharmacists here. And just got treated rudely (again) by Daniel. Avoid this pharmacy. They treat you like garbage and leave out information that you ask for that is vital for your health. Have pulled all of my scripts from here

I was a regular customer here and no longer will be going and getting my scripts from here. They are unwilling to help you when it comes to refunding a product you can't use as it didn't work. I know full well you can call the pharmaceutical company and request a credit for the product. I would suggest that if you want to keep your customers coming back, then you need to be flexible when it comes to one-off incidents like this. No compassion on the phone today, I had to go to the hospital because the medication didn't work! And you wonder why Chemist Warehouse is taking all the business away from small pharmacies like yours.
