We decided to decorate our house for the first time a couple of years ago ,and as this Christmas shop was highly recommended by a friend, we drove over from the North Shore. The staff were sooo helpful and spent quite some time guiding us. We are now hooked!!We went again yesterday (yearly trek now for new),and found lots of new treasures. Again the staff were great & now that our lights are up, loving it, as do all the steam of visitors..Worth the visit!!

How great is this place the service and the products are quality. If your not good at decorating your tree or house for Christmas then stop here and ask for Sam he great at matching and finding the right decorations for what you need. This place is just what i needed to make my Business Christmas ready.

Irene and I visited last week from an Aged Care home. The service was outstanding, particularly from Maggie and Coco. They were so attentive, and took interest in our background to the point where they went out of their way and made it personal to cater for our needs. Overall, they made us feel more than just customers. Both Maggie and Coco even stayed overtime to ensure they provided the best service, and did not rush us once. For this service, we thank them and will not hesitate to recommend the shop and return back. We believe they are an asset to the company.

If you looking for something special with lots of variety well this is the store for you. I went into the Kirrawee store to buy some new Christmas decorations for our cake shop and went completely nuts for my home or should I say completely Christmas Crazy!!!They have a great selection of Christmas trees which are beautifully decorated, wish I could just pick up the tree as it is and take it home. Their prices are very competitive too.Thank you to the lovey staff member whom was so friendly and knowledgeable.Highly recommend this store for all those who love Christmas and want to create a special display.Well done guys you are the best !!

I love this place! It has amazing variety, great quality and cheap prices. I will get all my Christmas decorations from here from now on. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I walked in last week looking for a particular item. Terry was lovely. She searched the whole store. When she couldn’t find what I was looking for, she took my number, and called me the next day to tell me she found it in their other store and she was holding it for me. Very rare to find service like this anymore! Highly recommend this place.

We were very impressed with Andrew W and Magie at the Kirrawee shop, both very personable people. Andrew helped us find exactly what we needed and was so nice, super friendly and gave us great decoration ideas! Also Magie helped us to get the christmas tree we wanted and super friendly when assisting with our purchase. Definitely recommend this shop and these two people in particular.
