I hired their bin and returned it in time. Without any explanation or invoice, the next week they charged me extra hundreds dollars from my account. Never use them again.

I had really bad experience with resolving issues with reclassification waste, charged with extra fees. Would not stand by a customer. Their advice is Do not use us next time" Really?"

Dismissive and not cooperative - that’s what you should expect.I am managing a project and hired a bin for 3 days because I have a delivery arriving on the 4th day.To avoid a mix up or delays, I contacted the business and spoke to a representative about collecting the bin and confirmed the bin was ready for collection.Jackie assured me the bin would be collected before CoB on the 3rd day of hire. I arrived the next day only to find the bin still on the property, and no attempt made to contact me..I am a long standing customer but will never use the business again. The staff do not understand the concept of tight timeframe and other project management pressures, such as deliveries.If the bin is not removed, I will be out of pocket. The business does not seem to care. The only advantage this business had was customer service. But now that is gone, they have no competitive advantage.

ACT Skip Hire was amazing! I could not have completed my interstate move as smoothly without their skip. They were easy to communicate with, accomodating, reliable. Cannot speak more highly of this company - thank you!
