They not only have an excellent range of books. But gems i have not been able to find elsewhere (we live in a camper and have travelled the east coast to a reasonable degree). The couple that run it are absolutely lovely and down to earth.This shop is an absolute treasure. I promise you it is well worth your time!

If I was to hand out an award for rudest, most arrogant and patronising “salesman “ of the year, I would present it to the elderly gent that “ runs” this book shop. When asked if he had any of the particular books that I collect, he said “ Oh, you must be rich, are you?”He barely looked up from his crossword. I replied “ You don’t get if you don’t ask”, to which he replied “ You won’t get even if you do ask”If it’s polite service you are after, I’d give this shop a red hot miss.

The gentleman who served my friend and I, was very very kurt, but he knows his stock and his store like the back of his hand and was helpful all the same. I now own a 100 year old poetry book for $6 :D

A lot of the books here are in poor condition, however if you’re after a cheap book to take to the beach then leave in the back seat of your car for 6 months and then finally finish this is your place.
