I would give 0 stars if I could. Took a $200 deposit for a bond clean and never showed up to the job. Never offered an explanation as to why they didn’t show up and never called us. Only became interested in replying to our messages once a review was put up. They asked to remove the review as they had sent a refund but two weeks later we still have not received payment. Do not book with this company.

Really great service. Very responsive and understanding. We did end of lease cleaning and the result was it’s way better than when moved in to the house. Everything was shining. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ After cleaning, they will still keep in touch for days until your agent approved. Really recommend their service.

Do not recommend, left our house worse then when he arrived and his worker damaged our blind. Agent requires more to be done and of course he says he’ll come and rectify and no show and doesn’t answer, . Also have been asking for an invoice to prove we had some what of a clean wasn’t much of a clean but still agent requires one and he says he’ll send one and you never see it. Then claims he’s sent it several times. AJ is as low as they come in the tradie world. Low life takes customers money and doesn’t provide the service.

We move a fair bit. These guys are far and away the best end of lease cleaners money can buy. They also stuck to the quoted price which was nice.
