Very run down, needs to be renovated. No public toilet. Iga is very expensive, most of the staff are rude. Overall the shopping centre makes me feel unsafe.

great bakery here, but It needs a greater security presence than the one security officer who has her hands full with some badly behaved locals.

The facilities and common areas are in bad shape, the carpark is in desperate need of a revamp. The IGA floors, I don't think have been washed since the building was constructed. The main open public area has not been cleaned since I started going there 4 years ago.The security guard is a joke, I have watched him play on the phone for 10 minutes straight leaning against a pole then go to his car and just sit in his car eating and playing on his phone.I do not believe that the security guard will do anything to help someone in distress or prevent theft.Almost every time I go to Balga plaza I have an anxiety attack due to youths harassing people to buy them smokes or alcohol.Or seemingly homeless people and native Australians like the youths begging people to buy them smokes and alcohol.I would recommend steering clear and going to Westminster shopping centre instead.

Witnesses many thieves walking in the Puma stealing. They didnt run away, just casually walking off without a care while the attendant was yelling at them to give his merchandise back. There are often drunks at the front, people scabbing for money. The shops itself a old and run down. Nothing really good to say about it
