My order was delayed by a fortnight but the guys more than made up for it with almost the entire professors range for free. Had an issue before but we worked it out, fastest shipping in Victoria.

not helpful. actually quite rude on phonewebsite prices are misleading then when you go to checkout no option to pickup items. .. no shipping available! called to sort it out and told it would be 20% more instore. . avoid these guys & save your money. :-(

Go go go .. this company is excellent and the staff while very chilled, are very helpful.It sounds like a generic review I know, but just chatting about random stuff drew out some solutions I wouldn't have thought of and have worked better than I could have done without them evolving ideas.Great place to shop .. and check out what they have too, wander around, as they have heaps of stuff I wasn't expecting.

Some staff are helpful but some are rude. I went there 10 mins before they close. Staff doesn't seems interested to serve their last customer.

First time visiting the store today - staff was super friendly and attentive. They also very unexpectedly gave me a fantastic discount. I was wow'ed by the generosity. Thank you, kind sir - I should've asked for your name. I've not had the best few days due to being burgled (lost a decent amount of money...), but your kindness certainly made my day and reminded me good people still exist. THANK YOU!
