I was sold a product that I found was not fit for purpose. It did not work. I returned the Amcal product I was sold, and I was denied a refund. Instead they suggested I could have another product. They gave it to me and I left the store. I was then approached by the Owner in the street who repeatedly accused me of stealing the product from his store. After I explained the story, he still persisted in accusing me of theft. He demanded I give him back the product and told me not to come to His shop ever again. 21$ wasted, insulted, and falsely accused. Previously I had always found the service to be very good, is this appropriate after sales service Adrian?Now I must travel to Stanthorpe to receive my medication. As a local shop owner myself I am extremely offended.
