I get my hair and my daughter's hair done at mezmerize. The lady there is always chatty and very friendly with everyone who comes in. It's lovely to be treated like a person and have a good old chit chat that you miss out on at other more mainstream hairdressers.

Jess has always provided a great service. Having curly hair it’s always hard to find a hairdresser to cut the hair right for my curls. Totally recommend Jess as your hairdresser if you are looking for one.

My hair colour is absolutely Not what I chose from the colour chart. Instead of brunette with gold foils, it's turned out to be completely red!! Deep red. Foils are almost the same colour.When I called the following business day, asking why my hair is red.First I was told my shampoo brand strip's colour.I hadn't washed my hair at that stage, and I use a salon recommended shampoo. So then I was told, if I didn't use a red tone

Jess is amazing! I recently went to the salon for a style cut after years of having long, curly hair. Due to events in my life, I ended up losing most of it so I made the decision to get the chop. Jess was so understanding and warm with comforting words and her expertise lived up to the words of those that recommended her. Thank you Jess for giving me back my confidence. Highly recommended!
