Excellent agent. Great communication. Had a difficult sale given remedial works happening to the complex and a separation, however Paul provided expert advice throughout the entire process despite the challenges. Paul was also able to use his own contact database to re-list the property off-market which saw a successful sale with remedial works still ongoing. I would thoroughly recommend Paul to anyone looking to sell in Sydney. Paul goes the extra mile to keep everyone happy!

Extremely horrible experience with this agent Josh Fong. I got in touch with him as soon as I found the apartment I was interested in and applied for it before it was open for inspections. I called him up and gave him any details that could be asked for including my overseas bank statement (in addition to the required details) and pled to cancel inspections and consider my application. He gave me positive answers and said would get back to me as soon as possible. The inspections were canceled but he never got back. So I called him again and got the same response and some vague assurance. I let him know that I would have to move out in a week and not having any confirmation yet was stressful to say the least, so I would really appreciate an update soon. He assured me he would get back soon, he was just waiting for some approval. So I waited, a couple more days and still no update. I called back and he says the exact same thing. Some vague assurance that it’s just waiting for one last step. I still thought I was getting the place 2 days before moving out. And a lot of my plans depended on it, so I couldn’t make any decisions. I was keeping in touch with him daily requesting just an update - so I can move on and plan around if they’re considering someone else. Just the day before I had to move the ad was taken down and I get no calls or messages.Now I understand that any apartment would have a lot of applications and lots of people calling. But if you’re saying you will get back to someone with an update repeatedly and never keeping that word, shows lack of credibility and compassion and just humanity.

I recently took on a lease managed by Callagher Estate Agents. It was a smooth and professional process with responsive and friendly staff at every stage.They seem to have a great relationship with the owner also, which makes me feel confident that any requests will be passed on and resolved quickly.The well managed process around the documentation and the open communication will no doubt be a huge benefit to both myself and the owner.

I am a tenant who has worked with many different real estate agents but none as great as Eilleen Carroll. She has been such a pleasure to deal with always super responsive, professional, reasonable and compassionate. If you need an agent to manage your property, I would highly recommend Eilleen!!

Multiple inspections cancelled mere minutes before they were scheduled. It’s truly unacceptable to treat people’s time, effort and money in this way. I contacted the agency in the days prior to ensure that the inspection was going ahead, as I was travelling from interstate. It’s not good enough, and I don’t believe this agency conducts themselves in a way that is ethical or reasonable in the midst of a serious housing crisis. It would seem the sole purpose they have for booking inspections is to generate leads for advertising lists etc, as I have now received numerous emails from them advertising properties for significantly higher prices. Don’t trust any of their listings as they all seem too good to be true, instead these people are using inspection bookings to generate interest and then mark up prices accordingly. Josh Fong is the agent I’ve seen marketing the listings the most frequently and have now had him cancel three inspections mere minutes before they’re due. Even if my suspicions aren’t correct at best they’re a lazy and inconsiderate agency.

I been looking for the place to stay and been inspected many places. On inspection’s day, I met Josh, who’s the ones very polite and lovely personality.I can say Callagher Estate Agents have a professional work and process. Callagher are not good property managers, and I would dissuade anyone with a rental property from using them.They do not communicate well, are rude.They recommended an absurd raise in the rent, then the tenants left. The next tenants subsequently rented the property for less than the previous tenants would have been willing to pay.They are more keen on winning arguments than coming to workable solutions.They are rude and accusatory, and their payment system is a mess. When it glitches, they will blame you for any discrepancies and then charge you additional fees.

We are being satisfied by their prompt procedure and precise indications what to do in our communication. They were established many years ago and we actually feel their much experiences and philosophy in the whole flow in this application and the right judgement of choice of actual tenant with thanks in hard circumstances in the current real estate situation.

As a renter, I have found Callagher Estate Agents to be nothing short of exceptional. The team are friendly, efficient, and excellent communicators. Any time I reach out to them with a request or inquiry, I receive a swift response and all property reparations or adjustments we have needed have been sorted out within 48hrs - a week (max!). Rebecca and Karen have been particularly helpful - they are so warm, knowledgeable and dedicated to doing their jobs well. They genuinely care for your wellbeing and work alongside you to attain the best outcomes possible. The professionalism, diligence, and caring ethos you encounter through Callagher Estate Agents makes you truly feel you have found a home. I cannot recommend them enough!
