I moved a popular website from some existing hosting based in the USA due to poor responsiveness.Since the move (which was quite easy), the site is loading MUCH faster.The tools provided are fantastic, and they can help usually quite complex changes... become rather simple.Love it!

I was a customer in the distant past, and moved away because I was paying for hosting at two different companies, and thought best to consolidate. Stuck with the other company for a few years, then when we had a huge surge in traffic, everything fell over and the other provider couldn't cope, and couldn't offer any viable solutions.In desperation I organised an emergency late night server move, and went with VentraIP. Very happy that I did. I called them at around 8pm, got a fantastic Australian based sales guy on the phone who offered really solid advice on how to facilitate the move in the quickest way with the least downtime. No sales pressure whatsoever, just honest advice.I signed up online (he said they don't work on commission so didn't matter how I signed up - a big plus to me!). Needed some support so called again about 9pm, got a great guy on support as well who helped me with an issue.I made progress, but got stuck with restoring a backup from the old host onto VentraIP. Went onto live Chat at almost midnight by this point, and got another support guy who was simply incredible, he went above and beyond to get the site loading on their server and everything working. The site is now much faster and I couldn't be happier.The only thing I'd say to prospective clients is just to be aware that their introductory prices are just that, for the first billing period only, and then go up to normal prices after that. I'm fine with that, but just thought I'd mention it as it's the only trap". The service itself of both the staff and the hosting hardware/software itself is top quality."
