I called and visited the store a combined 4 times wanting to buy a new Colnago C68. Left was asked to leave my email address three times and was told I’d be emailed information. I asked what stock would be arriving three times… nothing. Business must be good because they didn’t want my $21k, so I spent it at Total Rush who were awesome.

Amazing service!! I was given a lot of advice on which bike to buy for my partner which was really helpful. When we had a problem with the chain Matt VERY kindly came out to us to fix it. Very grateful for their help!! Would highly recommend. Thank you for your help!

Fantastic service to help my teenagers to setup junior gears for their races within the week.We also ran into him at the junior race and he helped our son with a broken seat post bolt issue and got him going again (very creative way of temporary fixing the issue with what's available for the weekend) He was able to continue the event for the remaining weekend.Highly recommended Matt and Cycle Inn to any Melbourne cyclist!!!

Brilliant service from Matt at CycleInn last Saturday. I roll up with Cervelo S5 with a Di2 problem and he provided immediate, attentive assistance. Hooked the bike up to eTube diagnostics, upgraded the firmware then problem solved, keeping me informed throughout. Diagnosed the fault, programmed a work around and gave me a quote for a proper fix, all within an hour. Obviously I got lucky with timing, but the service ethos was 5 star. I'm very impressed.

Absolute above and beyond service! I ended up with a puncture, a long way from shops or services. I normally carry a tube, but did not this time. After starting the 1.5hr walk to the nearest train station, I ran into one of the Cycleinn owners. A phone-call was made and help offered immediately. Matt ended up riding over to where I was from his home - with tools, a spare tube and big pump, and the tube was changed in lightening speed. I'm so grateful. Thank you!

I wanted to share the exceptional customer experience I had with the Cycleinn team after I suffered the misfortune of my bike carrier dropping itself and my family's bikes on the freeway while en-route to Melbourne for a Victorian cycling holiday. Despite challenges related to sourcing the necessary parts and I'm sure an already busy schedule of bike repairs and maintenance they did everything possible to get us back on the road ASAP. I had regular messages from Graeme and the team to update me on the progress and timelines and I really appreciated the support they provided me personally after a pretty stressful experience. Following on from their service, we had a wonderful time cycling the trails of Bright on perfectly repaired bikes. Thanks for everything guys - I'm disappointed that I can't become a regular customer.

Excellent service. We rocked up on a Saturday morning in the middle of lock down in the middle of a long morning ride with a damaged crank. They had the part there in the shop, fixed it all up and had us back on our ride within 30 mins. Bike runs like a charm. Thank you! Can recommend.
