Always so helpful here! They give advice on everything right down to personal knowledge about cat litter! I have been searching for the right cat litter for 12 years and the staff here helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I won't turn back from this purchase now. The price matching system is also a great reason to pop down there! Favourite store!

The customer service is horrible waited to be served for 20 mins.Plus it's very expensive price wise with a limited range on all pet products.Petbarn has bought out all the City Farmers stores.Will never shop at City Farmers and Petbarn for good due to bad service.If your after fish shop elsewhere you'll get sick and unhealthy fish here.Your better of buying from a breederand you'll better value from them not from City Farmers and Petbarn.I encourage all pet owners to shop else don't waste your hard earnt money on these stores.

I love Petbarn. The staff are always very helpful, the range of products is great. Dogs are allowed, and mine adores going there! If I need help finding anything, there's always someone close handy who's happy to help me. Probably because of my age - but they even offered to help me put all the stuff I'd bought, into the boot of the car!

Great customer service, Jess (and the rest of the team) was a gem as so helpful with our new puppy. Prices also quite reasonable, and great to be able to take your dog into this place to do your dog shopping! A++

The staff here are lovely and you can tell they genuinely care - one very young looking worker spent about 20 mins helping me pick out a harness and was so patient and helpful, much appreciated.

Reasonably stocked pet store if a little expensive.Be aware of the confusing price labelling. To get the best price you need to be a member and buy the specific product on a regular basis!
