I buy my fair share of stuff online just like anyone else, but the reason I always go to PnP when I’m after something quick is that they always have it in stock, the staff are always really helpful and I’m in and out in 5 minutes if I want to be.- Tubeless valve stems, short with the cap that can also remove the core? Preferably in red? Yep here it is.- Spoke nipple in a 3.2mm size? Yep, you want brass or alloy? Alloy - silver or black?- Plus any time I’ve needed a tool, it’s been on the stand.I wish Bunnings was half as good.

Adam did a fantastic job fixing my TT front brakes at late notice right before racking the bike in T2 for Ironman. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind and thanks to him I'll be able to race tomorrow. He really knows his stuff and I would happily recommend him to anyone.

The only place i will take my bike, the staff are so friendly and helpful! The customer service is second to none. Will always highly recommend. Stacked it on my bike monday and they fitted me in last minute to make sure my bike was ok. Thankyou for everything guys (Nat Cornes)

Nice shop, very nice staff and I rent a great bike BUT..... the bike was noisy from the moment I started using it and after 1 hour just stopped working (mechanical problem with the pawls of the rachet). That meant walking back to the car, driving back to the shop from Smithfield and wait till the shop was open. They quickly fix the problem and so I was able to drive back to Smithfield and rejoin my friends who were waiting at the car park. I am coming from NZ and I had only 4 hours that I could use for the bike ride and I spent half of them fixing a problem that shouldn't have happened. At the end of the ride I asked for a partial refund (which I think should have been automatically offered) but the manager gently but firmly refused to offer any refund saying that the price (200 AUD) was covering other fixed expenses like cleaning the bike (sic) and that their policy was not contemplating any refund if the bike had been used: I left the shop feeling very unhappy. I hope they'll change their policy and show a little bit more empathy and respect for the customers.
