I was initially intimidated to step into the store but I'm glad I did. Nothing short of amazing service by Queenie and she was extremely patient with showing me all the beautiful jewellery. She made my shopping experience so much more enjoyable! She's a gem to the store!! Great experience with her!

One Asian lady there was too lazy to answer our questions or check the stock for us. Just tried to persuade us to buy a different size.. She only showed us quickly on her phone. Why can’t let us see the product in person? No service at all..

Amazing service by Ryan Wood. He was super friendly and helpful. I was checking out the Tote bag and had inquiries about bag maintenance. He explained in details and even showed me other bags I might have interest as I wanted something light. It was past their closing hour, I had some trouble deciding my final bag and he didn't rushed me into it. Walked out of the boutique as a happy customer and very satisfied with the classic looking 30 Montaigne bag. Thank you for making me and my family feel so welcome.

Outstanding customer service from Ryan! We have been coming in to see him for quite some time now and each time we visit, we always leave this store feeling happy and comfortable knowing we can trust him with just about anything. We absolutely love how passionate and caring he is towards his customers. He always makes sure he goes above and beyond for us and responds to all our queries with ease, and happily shows us everything we ask of him without any hesitation. Wishing I can give more stars, 5 stars is definitely not enough. Thank you Ryan, keep up the amazing work!

I had an awful experience yesterday in this boutique. I asked the CA if Dior had any sales at the moment as one of my close friends had just bought items on sale and she answered rudely saying “No, we do not (Even though they do) She walked away after showing 0 interest and when I kept browsing she was following me around and made me feel uncomfortable. Her attitude was pretty much careless and rude assuming that I was only interested for the sale even though I was looking for a Christmas present and willing to spend my money on this brand.Dior employees should be treating all clients equally including the ones the walk-ins that just want to browse and get to know the brand more.
