I would love to rate zero star if I can!Absolutely disappointed about the manager team. The messiest team I’ve ever seen.DONT RENT HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT!I came down several time just for collecting the fob and my agency manager sent different emails to informed the team already. But the guy still not release it and act like he doesn't know at all. (The fact is-HE KNOWS) —is ONLY part of the long story…….It’s seem to me that there isn’t a communication between the manager team and it’s just messed up!Can’t wait to moved out already when I have only been here 3 months.Have a lovely day -Manager team, I hope this comment finds you well.

Fantastic building with awesome facilities as well as the building manager, Howard and the management team. They took care of us in their best, and very responsive to our enquires. They even notify us about the maintenance before it start, or resolve the problem if our unit was facing any building problem. Parcel collect, hardware recycle, etc were handle perfectly and efficiently. Howard did a great job!

What I want to say is even though we just move in recently, the building manager Howard is a man that is responsible and responsive to what he’s doing. He is kind and patience to help and assist us. Along with the beautiful building, the management team done a beautiful work. Keep up the good!!!

Pathetic service. I only called to ask a few questions about the apartment complex as couldn’t find any listings on the website and the receiver was so rude to me for no apparent reason. Arrogant and told me- please speak to the real estate agents- for no understandable reason. Pathetic pathetic service.

Airbnb-ed here, rooms were quite decent, good sunlight, floor to ceiling windows... the only flaw was elevators being covered up inside and elevators being systemized to go to specific groupings of floors... overall a nice stay.

Could be slightly intimidating to a tourist but it’s a great mixture of culture positioned within the city centre. Great transport options from the train station, wide range of food options and vintage clothing stores.

Awesome building with magnificent views. High-security building, and management of building is very outstanding. Building manager Howard is very responsible, polite and well-mannered. Whenever there are maintenance issues, Howard is very efficient in resolving the issues. Thank you for everything.

Noisy apartment, the rope/cable will hit the building everytime when the wind speed is high. No action taken by the management, this has cause disturbance to surrounding apartment.
