Bought a fridge from here and it froze everything in the fridge. Call multiple times and NO ONE answers the phone. Went back to them and was told a technician would come have a look. Once again NO ONE contacted us and we had to chase them up. Went there again and the staff were so rude. Still not resolved and would NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!They wanted payment FAST but delivered my laundry late outside of promised hours.He parked down the road and made my brothers walk down to carry it all the way to my house last night.My first load of washing and the washing machine is not clean because all these dirt and linen is attached to my clothes. Ive texted them and they don’t reply but if they want payment they are so quick to respond and complete.Do you not teach the workers to come and drop it off and show us how to use it at least ?They said one month warranty and I wonder why!DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!

Purchased 3 fridges, 1 never worked and 1 broke within 3 weeks. The replacement process was awful and the new replacement fridge broke within 1 week - they told me their warranty doesn’t last after the first replacement. When I told them this is against fair trading they stopped answering my calls or replying to messages.Unprofessional reception, was waiting for the replacement fridge the first time and they kept postponing what day it would arrive without telling me, leaving me waiting back at the house.Called me one day saying they had a replacement ready to go, then called me back to say it was a mistake and someone else had bought it.Had to spend $500 on repairs to the replacement fridge with a different company and will be taking this up with fair trading as the practices of this company are awful

Ordered a fridge, it was delivered after the scheduled time. The driver delivered it laying flat, not upright. The internal shelving was broken. When connected to power, it was noisy, the cooling settings kept scrolling through from 1 - 7 and wouldn’t stop. After a few hrs, it didn’t cool down… it doesn’t work!!! The only thing that works is the light.It stinks, it’s filthy and banged up.They claim to clean, sanitise and test them… i call BS!!Tried constantly to contact them through marketplace and by phone, they refuse to answer or respond.Lodged a complaint with fair tradingAvoid at all cost!!!!Fair trading have since reached out to me. A case has been opened. Others who have had the same issue should contact them.

Paid deposit last friday and was delivered sat. Has not worked from Saturday. Receipt said business was open 7days so called all day sunday got a will call you back msg but no reply or call. Called all Monday morning finally got through when I put my phone number on private and was told technician will get back to me very rudely. Finally got thru to technician Wednesday and was promised either that day or next day would be out to look to see if he can fix. But not sure. Today is Thursday and still waiting for call or any reply to my many msgs. Am now on hold to fair trading to try to recoop some or any of my $550 for a machine that never worked or my 4 days of loss of wage waiting around for a reply or technician to come. Save your money people and steer CLEAR of this company that don’t test the washing machines properly before selling to poor unsuspecting customers. So not happy jan

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this one. Bought 2 appliances, out of which one was unclean (we cleaned it later, operating fine) but, the other one turned out to be faulty. We didn’t get the right replacement for it and no response from the team either, inspite of following up multiple times. Honestly, would’ve rather purchased a brand new appliance, instead of going through the trouble. It’s a waste of money and time.
