We have done two projects with Daryl. For the first one we required advice on the council requirements to subdivide our property, some alterations required on our existing building and also we had to go through council approvals. It was not a straight forward project! Daryl helped us though all the stages. He has been very responsive and patient with all our queries and requirements. He got council approvals easily and helped us at construction phase. We were extremely happy with the service he provided for us.Our next project was designing a double story building for our vacant land. Daryl was amazing to turn our ideas into actual plans! He met us on site, actually listened to our requirements, and explained to us the restraints that we had. His knowledge of council rules made our council approval process very smooth. He provided professional drawings for us, ready for construction (without the troubles that you usually get when designers don't consider constructability!!). We definitely recommend Daryl for building design and we will use his services for any future work we might have.
