After reading all the reviews and answers back from Mel &Jay I feel I should say something that has been a long time comingIn September 2016 I list my 1st of 3 cats As it was late at night and I was beside myself I googled and come across Angel Ashes after hours phone number and left a message and was then contacted by Mel 1st thing the next morningShe was lovely and came to my place to collect my dear boy and returned him within the weekI was so please with the service and the manner my loss was handledThen 2 months later my 2nd cat He had to be put down so I contacted Mel and arranged for her to collect him from the vetI asked her if there was a chance of some discount as it was so soon using her again Her reply was no but I will give you the name tag freeI was happy with that, however the day she returned with the Ashes she informed me that she didn't have the name tag and would drop it off in a few daysThat was December 2016 I've not seen her sinceAnd I have always wondered if I have got my cat and not someone else's as when she returned with the Ashes of my second cat she said I hate to ask this but did your cat have any operations that needed to have parts replace" I said no and left it at thatThen I started thinking If they cremated each pet separately why would you be asking me this question and be relieved with a giant release if breath when I said noSo are all animals cremated separately You decideIn September 2021 I lost my 3rd cat and went to Edenhills Pet Cremations and was more then happy with their services and will be using them when my dog that I rescued from the RSPCA passes"

Mel and Jay were fabulous is very empathetic when our pet guinea pig passed away. It was on a weekend and nowhere was open (including vet) and they were quick to answer via social media. Such a beautiful range of urns and packs, and received back the pets ashes in a very timely manner. No question or request were too much for them. Would definitely recommend to any pet owner considering cremation!

I highly recommend Angel Ashes. I honestly can't' recommend them enough. When i first spoke to Mel I wasn't in the best place after losing my boy Elvis. I was so depressed I hadn't been out of bed for nearly a week. I lost everything inside me. After having ELvis for the full 15 years of his life, my world collapsed. But speaking with Mel on the phone she made me laugh and smile for the first time. After waiting anxiously for Elvis to come back home after the cremation, I saw the car come up and I just burst into tears and Kat was so kind and lovely as well saying how much she loved the name Elvis for a pet. Mel and Kat are so lovely, I would happily to work with them! Please if you are going to consider cremating your your furry loved one, please go through Angel Ashes. Our family dog crossed the rainbow bridge a month ago and we used Angel Ashes for his final journey back home. Their love, care and support during this time was greatly appreciated. This was our first time experiencing the loss of a beloved member of our family at such an unexpected time. They were so compassionate and patient with us while we navigated life without Benji after the first couple days. Their communication was seamless, and we will be happy to use them again and again

Last week we lost our Beloved Zoe to a short sudden , Horrid illnessWe are completely shattered at our loss , But i can honestly say we will give Jay & Mel from Angel Ashes family owned business a 10 out of 10 for their services .My Husband & I believe Jay & Mel are 100 percent dedicated to their business and making the loss of our furbabies easier on us .Jay in the office has been so supportive from the first day i contacted him throughout our loss & answering us in a very polite & prompt response time .Mel Picked up our beautiful girl in a professional manner & bought Zoe to us at home as requested and spent at our home with us so we could have our final farewells with Zoe.Mel also supported us in our time of grief , Making our difficult situation easier .We will always support and recommend Angel Ashes Pet Cremations to Everyone as our experience with Angel Ashes was so much better than we had received Elsewhere ".Love you both Jay & Mel for everything you have done to make our loss easier x x"

Our beautiful dogs, Molly and Baxter crossed over the rainbow bridge together last week and we had Angel Ashes for their final journey. Their love, care and support was greatly appreciated and helped this very difficult time a little easier. We cannot recommend them enough, very lovely people who give the best care for one's beloved pets.

Angel Ashes are simply amazing at a time when grief & sadness are overwhelming. I have used their services twice - the last time in June this year when my sweet little Jilly crossed the rainbow bridge. Mel & Jay were efficient, kind & great communicators. My little Jilly I believe was treated with respect at all times and her ashes were returned to me very quickly. I could not be happier with the service I received from Angel Ashes and highly recommend them. I know I will use them again in the future and did not hesitate to do so.
