Had a last minute issue while driving along the highway. Called up the mechanic and was able to come straight in, had it sorted in under 30 mins! (Even though it was 4:30pm on a Friday). The mechanic was really helpful and gave me all the info I needed to get back on the road. Life saver!

I am not a great fan of negative reviews - but Google reviews are worthless without the good & the bad. I had an initial meeting with this business that was quite negative - but thought I would give them another crack. This is my third interaction and I will not be going back due to a poor Customer service style (excluding reception).Local - yes, convenient - yes, good customer service - no.

I recently moved to Helensburgh and had to have my car serviced. The staff are friendly any professional. The cost of service was reasonable and they didn't try to talk me into unnecessary extra services. They explained everything clearly and gave me options moving forward. I would recommend this business to my family and friends.

Great service all round and very reasonably priced! They managed to slide my car in for a service the following day which I really appreciated. Lady at reception was lovely when dropping off, so was the mechanic when picking up. Good communication throughout the day too. My car drives beautifully now, feels like new again! Thank you

Quick, friendly and helpful. We only have 1 car so they dropped me home and picked me up with it was ready. They also for in a quick check on a car we were looking at buying despite being booked out. Highly recommend!
