Fantastic service and customer interaction. I really loved the range and depth of items stocked including all the professional cleaning items here.

Orders seem to go missing regularly. They charge courier fees and then take longer than AusPost to deliver. Trying to chase up orders or get a refund is impossible. You'd have more luck trying to bottle fairies. When you finally get hold of someone, they just make excuses (most of them completely unbelievable). Emails only get an auto-reponse. Contact them on social media and there's no response at all. This is one of the worst companies ever and they are making a joke out of support local" and "buy Australian" efforts. Don't waste your time."

We had a wonderful customer service experience with Nisbets from start to finish. Richard and his team at the Campbelltown warehouse were so helpful, down to earth and lovely to deal with. Furthermore I called Nisbets a few times to check on the delivery status of my items and every customer service phone operator was equally lovely and helpful. Lastly the delivery drivers had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure my items were delivered safely. I will 100% be buying from Nisbets in the future. Thank you to the whole team.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff don’t know what’s in stock, takes them hours to find it in the storeroom, can’t work out computer system and once you have begrudgingly paid for the items they won’t even help you out with a massive trolley even though five of them are standing around talking. Drive further down the road to AGC or QCC, much more professional and far better service there.

The sales team there is no good at all , they don’t care they’re return customer and when you process the goods all they care is change ur money. I hope they can doing better soon , but i don’t think that will happen with the staff that have now!

Would actually give a zero if I could. Worst experience, not worth using them.

I called the store today 27th of January and talked to a guy about getting 1 item which was not in stock on any other stores. I came driving almost 2 hours from North Turramurra. I called before I drive saying I will be around 5 as it’s long distance and I was trying to get before closing time. The doors closed and nobody in store.I reached here exactly at 5. I tried to call 30 mins before reaching here waited in the line while driving was in Bluetooth connection. For 40 mins nobody picked up the phone.Very frustrated and having series of bad experience and no stocks of most items in most stores I was still giving hope and trying to buy from here again being business customer for 7 years.But I am done now with Nisbets.-less availability of stocks-less focused on customer service-closing early than the closing time-not picking up phone 30 mins before closing or ignoring multiple calls even I called head office and they could connect me.-failing to protoceratops match on other items I bought as they promised .Therefore there are other hospitality store focusing more on customers even having less staff than how many currently nisbets have.No more buying from them.

Ordered green coffee cup on website. Delivered different colour ones. Tried to contact there and emailed for re delivery. No answer at all for few weeks. Disgusting customer service company. I have planning cafe business. I never going to order anything from here. Avoid this supplier.

Nisbets is absolutely hopeless.Have been waiting for a replacement salamander for a week and following up to be told that nothings been done about it. We have a shop to run which is our livelihood, nisbets sold me another salamander within in a minute but they’re rubbish at honouring their warranty.If I was you, go some where else where you’ll be treated well. I’ve been a regular and loyal customer with nisbets but this has definitely change the way I look at this company.

Hey ordered an item a few weeks ago, I asked for a invoice so I could prepay and they sent me a pro forma invoice. I stated that I needed a tax invoice as it is illegal in Australia to pay on a proforma invoice. I called the tax office and they confirmed that you should only pay with a tax invoice. In the end canceled the order and purchased form another business. From all the other reviews it seams that this business doesn’t like customers at all.
