I visited Bella twice when I was feeling unwell (a cold, stiff neck, also recovering from a torn rotator cuff and recently had some back pain previously treated by an osteo I didn't want to inflame). I thought a massage would help me feel better and Bowen Therapy sounded like something I wanted to try. (I've never really felt refreshed or revitalised after a normal massage and had been looking for something with real benefits.)Wow, really wow. I experienced a new type of massage, with a focus on specific areas rather than all over softness I felt like all the spots that needed targeting were being taken over. There was a gong (felt like I was being transported somewhere very peaceful) and gorgeous bells to wake up to (you can't help but doze when you are so relaxed and your body is happy).Not only was the massage the best I've ever had, the experience was also the best. Bella took the time to chat to me first and ask what I felt I needed, we spoke about general life stresses and I could see Bella really listened and worked to address these. After the massage we took a few moments again to have a glass of water and check in on how I was feeling. This isn't something you receive with any chain spas. I felt it was important to Bella why I was there and what I wanted to achieve from my time with her. I felt like a valued human, not just a valued customer. Her other experience was obvious as we talked and Bella provided honest insights and advice.This was a truly personalised service tailored to me.I wholeheartedly recommend Bella for Bowen therapy and I will be trying the range of expertise she offers too.
