This particular KFC is legitimately terrible. Chicken is over cooked and tastes like rubber. Chips are dry and old. Not a one off experience, it’s been bad every time I’ve been. You’re far better off driving 5 minutes down the road to KFC Kelvin Grove.

ive been here twice and both were bad experiences there staff are under trained. the first time i got super charge on my fillet bacon and cheese burger and stale bacon and out of date potato and gravy. the second time i ordered 8 wicked wings of the app and there was a pretty big wait for there being no orders and then when i got them. i took them out of the bag and they fell all over the floor because the box wasn't folded properly and also there was no liner. like i understand that this is a new kfc and you will have new staff but this has to be the worst kfc in the whole of brisbane.

The Zinger Twister I received today might well be the worst made item KFC has ever served me, and i LOVE KFC. Twister was received in the bag unwrapped at the bottom, which needed to be remade by myself, the ripped stale wrap was disappointing to say the least. The chips were far under cooked, and are usually always under cooked slightly from this branch for some reason.

Went through the drive-thru this evening more than an hour before closing. Ordered 4 pieces of spicy chicken, paid, then at the collection window I was told that an UberEats order just came through and the last of the spicy chicken was being allocated to them.I asked how long until more would be ready and was informed that they weren't making any more.Waste of my going to this KFC.Poor customer service and processes.

The WORST KFC ever. I have been to this KFC about 4 times. I was excited to finally have a local KFC but I would happily drive another 5kms to a different one. They constantly get orders wrong. The manager said they have new staff…which I get but every order has been missing pieces..burgers with no salad and hardly a full chicken fillet. On top of that..they always run out of original recipe. I had to drive back because they forgot a burger even though I asked and double checked. It’s either management that isn’t training right or staff aren’t learning. I always ask for a receipt and have the names of the people who served me but I don’t want to shame anyone. I just want these guys to get their act together. KFC is not cheap for fast food..therefore getting orders and having the main attraction..aka…the original recipe chicken isn’t asking for much. I would really not recommend these guys. They need better staff

I have never had a problem with a KFC before but KFC Windsor has consistently managed to stuff up my orders. I’m all for giving businesses the benefit of the doubt but this has happened far too many times even when the restaurant isn’t busy. Idk if it’s laziness, bad management or both. I also didn’t appreciate finding a hair in the middle of my wrap. Do yourself a favour and just drive to KFC Kedron.

Have been for quite sometimes now. Even the place is new, the cleanliness and service are not good enough. The tables have never been cleaned and always found crumbs on the tables and chairs. The service itself is very slow. To get a dozen of chicken, we need to wait for 40 minutes. That one is no no. At least they need to inform us ASAP so we won't have to a high hope to get our lunch/dinner quicker. We prefer the service at the KFC Kelvin Grove. They are much much better in terms or service. So probably today is the last time we bought meals from this shop!

Very delicious food. Staff were incredibly friendly. The manager on duty, Darcy was extremely helpful.I couldn’t quite decide what I wanted, however, the team were quick to help.Chicken was fresh and delicious, highly recommend this KFC!

I totally agree with the other reviews and based on my own this particular KFC is appalling. I have experienced missing items, ridiculously long wait times and poorly cooked and cold food all in the same order. My complaints were left unanswered and ignored. I would not recommend going to this particular store and it is well worth any inconvenience to visit another store.

KFC, Windsor is a relatively new shop.When KFC Windsor first open, the meals looked like the ones on the menu and the chips where crispy.I have been watching the quality, go down weekly since opening. Today I wanted a simple meal. The chips were soggy, and I did not receive my drink.Pick your game up and I’ll be happy to continue shopping there, but I have run out of patience. Obviously I need to find a KFC somewhere that has just opened to get a quality meal.
