Freres Crossing Reserve
It was a very nice walk down to the river. The return journey was quite steep so you need to take your time if necessary. The walk is quite short.

Nice 2km walk down to the river. The walk back uphill is a little steep and is surprisingly sapping. Also the path is covered in loose rocks that are a potential tripping hazard so watch where you walk. Beyond the river is Army land, don't get exploded.

Pretty good spot to have a walk down to and explorePlenty of parking available before starting the walk. The walk is only about 10 minutes until you reach the water

Beautiful place.. I take my kid and dog there every now and then. Lots of wild life and native fauna.. try get there early morning after the sun rise if you want to see some snakes and lizards

This place is a hidden gem that is only 15 mins walk down the hill. The water looked pretty clear for a dip but there was a warning to avoid it during heavy rain due to run-offs I presume.It's open 24 hours even though google has specific opening hours. Just ignore it.There were dogs there too so good for furry pets.Easy and convenient.

It's a simple fjord across the river..lots of coarse white sand dumped there.Go 500m downstream to a much nicer walk..Easy walk, but pretty average
