We met Matt from Ivers Construction after the 19/20 Summer Bushfires where we lost absolutely everything, including our home. Whilst we had a clear vision of what we wanted, Matt along with local architect Ian Neville, accurately defined our concepts into detailed plans. Throughout the build Matt along with Jackie, took many small initiatives which in total, resulted in the making of a truly beautiful home. Having a young, fresh and vibrant construction team, was in itself a joy.The build went like clockwork and Matt's attention to detail was faultless.We cannot recommend Ivers Construction highly enough, they were an absolute pleaure to work with during such an emotional period of our lives. 5 STARS FOR IVERS CONSTRUCTION!!!

Ivers Construction built our dream home in 2022/23 and we are absolutely blown away with the finished product. The communication throughout the job was fantastic, Matt made sure we were involved in all major decision making. On several occasions Matt contacted us and ran ideas by us that he felt would make the house look/work better, there were several examples where you could see it was going to cost Matt time and money to change but he was sincerely interested in just making sure the finished product was the best it could be. Matt also saved us a couple of times from making some really bad choices, he has plenty of experience which helps a lot when you really only do this once in your life. Once the job was completed, we did have teething issues but Matt and his contractors (mostly local people that Matt has grown up with) spent as much time as was required until we were happy. Whenever we wanted to add extras to the job I never once felt like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of, Matt was fair and reasonable at all times. I highly recommend Matt and Jackie at Ivers Construction to build your new house, they are fantastic people, running a fantastic local company and we could not be happier clients.

Posting this on behalf of my grandparents who have just had Matt Ivers Build A new home for them on Raymond Island:Although we have been involved in the building construction industry for over 50 years in Melbourne and had some very good builders wanting to build for us, we were looking for a good builder with local trade knowledge. After getting recommendations for builders from different trades in the local area we called each builder to give us a quotation. On interviewing each builder one builders knowledge and enthusiasm for the project stood out from the rest, that was Matt Ivers from Ivers Construction. After a few more checks and a visit to one of his projects a deal was struck.We could not have made a better decision. Matt and his crew not only do the job they strive for perfection.
