Ivory Creek Pet Retreat

As a very anxious ‘mum’ and first time leaving my two boys (6 months old) with anyone, I felt happy to leave them here. Great staff and a great facility. Would not hesitate to leave my boys here again.

Top promp service from a very cheerful experienced manager who understood the quirks of our mych loved service and family dog.

Dog extremely hungry when returned home and thirsty worried about feeding requirements provided. Rudest customer service ever encountered. Abrupt and non-welcoming. Offered $120-00 cash price when arrived advised $178.00 so don't believe price quoted over phone. Not a 24-hour day you have to pay 12-hour days. The lady also mentioned bad back so can't hold dogs so that left us wondering if they dog got any exercise at all if that is the case or was, he locked in cage only for whole weekend. Response from my dog when returned was he couldn't wait to get home which worried us also. Worst experience ever will never return.
