Very friendly and helpful staff. Knowledge on products is exceptional. We spent a few hours in the shop while the staff helped us decide between various products, pointing out (quite honestly) the good and the bad of each option, and down to the last minute it just felt like they genuinely wanted us to leave the shop happy. This level of customer service is rare.

From the moment I contacted Ground Up I immediately knew this was going to be better than your average bike shop. They know their products well and their service is second to none. They were super friendly and accomodating, and offered plenty of great advice. Definitely didn’t make you feel like just another number like many other bike stores do.
