We were travelling through Cairns in our Motor home and contacted Cairns TV Man about a week prior to investigate the problem we were having with our Antenna. He advised us that he would contact us an hour prior to visiting us. I kept him updated as to where and where we arrived at the Caravan Park and we wasted an entire day waiting for his phone call when we could have spent the time touring. Not even an apology call to say he was too busy. Very unreliable so my advice is try someone else.

Mark was quick, efficient, cost-effective & really knows his stuff. (Wall mount TV & ensured optimisation of connections.)Unfortunately I had to wait a little while before he could fit me in; (Unable to find people willing to work to make any job quicker & easier) but totally worth the wait!

Best service ever. Phoned Mark this morning (Saturday of all days) explained that my aerial was broken. Said he was on his way out of town but would call in. All fixed in 1/2 an hour. Mark is great to deal with and nothing was a problem. Great price.
