Just Cuts

Absolutely perfect. Maree did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Took my 19 month old Son for a haircut yesterday, asked for short back and sides. He was in the seat for 5 minutes and she gave him a full over buzz cut. He has loads of long uneven pieces throughout and long bits around his ears. His hair is totally butchered. Cost is $23 for the worst haircut. Will definitely not return and will be seeing the other barber in the shops today to see if they can somewhat fix. Would not recommend for children or any male cuts.

Was very upset about my service. I asked for a trim and for light layers. My hair was wet so I was unaware of how uneven and choppy my hair was when I had left (it looked like someone had grabbed half of my hair and just cut random sections). I went back to ask if I could get a refund as this is not what I asked for, and because I didn’t want to have to cut a lot off to fix it, and would have preferred to get it fixed somewhere else. I was told that was not possible and then told that my hair was even, and that it was straight… there was quite clearly about 3cm difference with my hair pulled to the front. I ended up having to get my hair cut to the shortest length of my layers because of how harsh the lines where on my hair, resulting in me getting a lot more hair cut off than what I wanted. I was told that layers were not put into my hair by the hairdresser, although I never walked in with them. I do not like my hair now and will not be back.

My 6yo and I popped in for a 'modern mullet' as requested by the boss of the house. Both hairdressers took the time to confirm every aspect as it was new for them too. Even though they were busy and people waiting, they grabbed out the tablet to confirm everything before the first cut was even made. Made for happy wife and hopefully happy life is soon to follow. Thanks ladies, we will see u again soon for whatever the next trend is,no doubt. Top job!!

I stopped in today for my daughter to have a wash and trim. The wait time was great and the service even better. Lovely staff who are very welcoming and make the kids feel at ease. Highly recommend and will be back.

My two preschool aged boys had their hair cut here this morning and for $39 EACH they both came out with the worst uneven haircuts they’ve ever had. Will definitely not be back.
