I regularly come here for eyebrow threading and lash lifts. Always very consistent results that look great. Neha is very friendly and professional, she listens and ensures her work is perfect.

I went here at 3:30 on a Sunday to be told that they ‘we finished for the day’ despite the shopping centres website stating clearly that they were open until 4pm. The was one customer in there that was having her eyebrows done. No signage on the door to say they were closing early or not taking any more customers. Extremely disappointed - I would have understood if I got there at 10 minutes to 4 but half an hour before closing is just not on.

Neha did an excellent job on threading my eyebrows and is the best. Highly recommend Neha for anyone coming to this shop!

Used to come here, however one Sunday the shop was closed at opening time. No answer from the phone number on website. Returned after shopping an hour later and store was open with one client. Was advised it would be a 1.5 hour wait. Won’t be returning.

You will always walk out satisfied with not just her level of service but also her precision on ensuring that your eyebrows are on point. I highly recommend her. One of the best in the industry.
