Fantastic plan manager goes above and beyond to ensure your invoices are paid promptly and very good communication to know where funds are being dispersed. Always lets you know immediately of any issues with invoices and is very thorough. Highly recommend Matt and his team

Matt and the team at FBDA are not only incredibly professional, knowledgeable and compassionate, but are consistently and reliably outstanding communicators, process invoices promptly, and seek out answers to queries, when needed. All of my service providers have had nothing but positive feedback relating to the ease of working with FBDA, comparative to their experiences with other NDIS Plan Management companies. Future By Design Australia is a professional, accurate, timely and caring NDIS Plan Management Company. Matt and his team will get back to you quickly regarding your plan and any questions that you have. Yes, they pay invoices quickly. But as Plan Managers, they do so much more. They are always on the look out for indiscrepancies in invoices. As a Provider, Matt helped me to ensure my invoicing is correct. As a family member who has loved ones with an NDIS Plan, I can genuinely say that I feel as though my siblings actually have another safety net with Matt and his team always ensuring that Providers are invoicing correctly.
