Bought a flaring block due to the lifetime warranty and turns out its not worth the paper its written on. No help from Ridgid. Best to buy another brand.

Bought a flaring block on the premise of the reliability of their tools, but unfortunately I’ve had repeated issues. It’s now costing me money when it is supposed to have a life time warranty. Don’t get me wrong I know people who have them and they are great. Unfortunately I think I got a dud and not getting much support to repair this. Time to change brands.

This company has a difficult time reading purchase orders and shipping to the correct branch. Most of the time they can’t even ship to the correct state. Illiterate desk jockeys. Avoid.

G'day guys. I've been plumbing 20 years. All the American made stuff is great. Camera, stilsons and Benders. But tube cutters and barrel cutters are made in china and just suck. Broken 2 pairs each in 6 months.
